ISOTP-Decoder for CAN Extended Addressing

In CAN Extended Addressing, the first byte is being used as an additional address selector, thus, ISOTP can only use 7 byte for its thing.

It looks like SaavyCAN's ISOTP decoder does not know about this adressing mode, hence decoding fails. Would it be possible to add that?

Here's a snippet, taken from a diagnostic tester communicating with my 2010 BMW E93:
