Crashing on playback

Has anyone had the same problem of SavvyCAN crashing when using playback or Custom. I am using a CL2000 to log messages and then when I use play back SavvyCAN starts to play back the data. Then usually after a few seconds to a minute it just bombs out. SavvyCAN also crashes at other times i.e. when opening a connection. I am running it on Windows 10 Pro Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0 I have also tried it on Windows 8 and xp all crash at the same points. Is this common or am I doing something wrong.
