Starlite example to documentation

Hi,

I have been playing around with Starlite for a while now and have tried to get ormar to work with. I have mainly tried by combining the documentation from ormars FastAPI section with Starlies "Startup and Shutdown" doc, but I have still not managed to successfully combine the two. Will you be able to provide an example for this in the doc?
