Masking Sensitive Fields while Keeping a Log of the change event

I realize there is a way to exclude audits for fields but that seems to entirely drop the audit of the action. Normally you would want to "mask" a sensitive piece of information but document that a change has taken place...is this viable? Thanks!

Hey @bars0um, redacted attributes were added in https://github.com/collectiveidea/audited/pull/485 but hasn't been released yet so you'll need to point your Gemfile to GitHub to use it. Also, it sounds like it may not work for create yet: https://github.com/collectiveidea/audited/pull/518.
