Release Debian package for bmap-rs

i took a look at the additional requirements to package the tool for debian:

bmap-parser:

  • librust-async-trait-0.1+default-dev (>= 0.1.58-~~) 0.1.56 in debian
  • librust-futures-0.3+default-dev (>= 0.3.25-~~) 0.3.21 in debian
  • librust-sha2-0.10+asm-dev (>= 0.10.6-~~) 0.10.5 in debian (I think that this feature has been collapsed into the default crate???)
  • librust-sha2-0.10+default-dev (>= 0.10.6-~~) 0.10.5 in debian
  • librust-strum-0.24+default-dev (>= 0.24.1-~~) 0.19.2 in debian (it's too old ?)
  • librust-strum-0.24+derive-dev (>= 0.24.1-~~) 0.19.2 in debian (don't think the derive feature is packaged?)

bmap-rs:

  • librust-async-compression-0.3+default-dev (>= 0.3.15-~~) not in debian
  • librust-async-compression-0.3+futures-io-dev (>= 0.3.15-~~) not in debian
  • librust-async-compression-0.3+gzip-dev (>= 0.3.15-~~) not in debian
  • librust-bmap-parser-0.1+default-dev package above.
  • librust-clap-4+cargo-dev (>= 4.0.18-~~) 4.0.29 in debian (dont think cargo feature is packaged?)
  • librust-clap-4+default-dev (>= 4.0.18-~~) 4.0.29 in debian
  • librust-futures-0.3+default-dev (>= 0.3.25-~~) 0.3.21 in debian
  • librust-indicatif-0.17+default-dev (>= 0.17.1-~~) 0.16.0 in debian
  • librust-indicatif-0.17+tokio-dev (>= 0.17.1-~~) not sure if tokio feature is packaged?
  • librust-reqwest-0.11+default-dev (>= 0.11.12-~~) 0.11.11 is packaged
  • librust-reqwest-0.11+stream-dev (>= 0.11.12-~~) not sure if stream feature is pacakaged?
  • librust-tokio-util-0.7+compat-dev (>= 0.7.4-~~) not sure if compat feature is packaged ?
  • librust-tokio-util-0.7+default-dev (>= 0.7.4-~~) 0.7.3 is packaged
