Nodemailer deprecation

It looks like using any Nodemailer < 4 is deprecated. Can the package dependency be updated?

Also, the published npm version of Superlogin is pretty outdated now. Might be a good time to publish the latest.

If anyone wants to use a version of superlogin with updated dependencies you can try @sensu/superlogin, now at v1.2.0 on npm.
