How is demo deployed?

How did you deploy this demo? It's hosted on Heroku, where Redis is a basic addon, but Heroku doesn't seem to support CouchDB or Cloudant anymore. Did you setup a seperate Cloudant instance? Isn't the communication between Superlogin (Node.js) and CouchDB setup in such a way that the password is added to the url in the requests? Isn't this a problem when this goes over the internet?

Not so much an issue, although it might be interesting to add to the Readme for people who want to quickly experiment with this.
