Is there an argument for using `msg.visible` for this, in the same way as `msg.enable` enables/disables a node?

What I have noticed is that when a widget is added and deployed then its position in the dashboard right hand pane may not match its position in the dashboard....

In fact it is not necessary to refresh in order to recover the situation, it is enough just to switch dashboard pages and back again.

A similar situation is seen if node red is restarted.
