wlfreerdp: drop

Since `freerdp` seems to now be having somewhat regular releases, it's probably time to drop this in favor of folks installing xfreerdp and using the wlfreerdp it provides.

We can replicate `build-aarch64.nix` in the flake so that the flake "just builds" in aarch64 too.

The PR for `wl-gammactl` #198 includes a workaround for https://github.com/mischw/wl-gammactl/issues/2. We should remove the workaround when the issue is cleared up upstream.
