It was fun, but as soon as I have confirmed EGL works in Sway with Nvidia 495, I'll be removing `wlroots-eglstreams` and the egl overlay variant.

As part of the migration, I'm going to close old PRs so I can delete stale branches. One of those PRs was for aarch64 support. It should mostly "just work"....

They're untested, and I don't want to support them or that use-case. (This could be revisited if/when NixGL matures or has a successor)

make the demo vm a top level output attribute, clean up and simplify the dir structure. benefits: clean, less code, nice easy to demo sway/wayland/nixos VM
