Feature Request: Use separate class loaders

Per #95, the xlsx package conflicts with the xlconnect package because they share a Java dependency. However, with s-u/rJava#250, it should now be possible to prevent this. Would it be possible to apply this enhancement from rJava?

Is there any plans to make this change any time soon? It has already been made in the xlconnect package but still requires a change to the xlsx package as well.
