Replace NA as dot for SPSS import

Hi xlsx developers,

xlsx has an argument showNA which leaves NA as empty. However, such an excel file cannot be read by SPSS. I wonder if xlsx could have a new argument like showDOT which can leave NA as ., so that SPSS can read the excel file smoothly.
