Several of the README files. ignore files, and other things that revdepcheck creates are missing newlines at the end of the file.
I think revdepchecks could be a good bit faster (at least on the package installation phase) if `revdepcheck` used `renv` for global caching of package installations / to manage environments.
this package is now required by some of the tidyverse tools. it makes sense to me that we might want it to be installed by default in these!
