Ollama model code extraction

I know Ollama may not be fully featured yet, but I wanted to validate whether code extraction works with Ollama-hosted models. I can see the model processing the extraction step in NVTOP during the crawl, but once the process completes, no extractions are returned.

This should be fixed when the PR for Ollama Support gets merged in. I had some similar issues and was able to get past them.
