How to choose starting point in seurat cluster to build trajectory analysis

Dear Authors,

Hope you are well. First thank you so much for building monocle R packages. I have just started to use monocle3 and have generated the graph as attached. However, once it comes to generating graph by color_cell by pseudotime, I'm not sure how to choose the starting points, does this based on our understanding in our experiment, disease model or we can use other criteria to consider where to start.
