Resolution is always 1e-04 when using cluster_cells(resolution = NULL)

Dear development team,

Thank you very much for working on this great toolkit!

I have a question (that may point to a bug) about the resolution parameter when using the cluster_cells() function. The description of this parameter reads: "Parameter that controls the resolution of clustering. If NULL (Default), the parameter is determined automatically."

I have performed the clustering of multiple datasets and subsets of my datasets, and the verbose mode seems to always inform the maximal modularity "for resolution parameter 1e-04". Does it mean that cluster_cells() will always default to a resolution of 1e-04 when resolution=NULL ? Could you please explain (or point to the references) how the resolution is chosen automatically if not set by the user?

This question seems to be related to issue #40.
