memory requirement for the top_markers function

Hi

Thank you very much for the great package. I was wondering if you can give some guidelines for the memory requirement for this function regarding dataset size and if there is any way to control the memory requirement. Recently, my analysis is failed repeatedly for memory shortage. For example, my total dataset size is ~350 k nuclei and this function fails with 1 core and 128 GB RAM. I am running this on HPC using singularity image.

Any pointer is appreciated.
