How to use SimplePPT in monocle3?

I plan to use SimplePPT method to make my lineage trajectory.

I read through some old threads like below: https://github.com/cole-trapnell-lab/monocle3/issues/187 https://github.com/cole-trapnell-lab/monocle3/issues/174

However, the RGE_method is not included in Monocle3. Reducing ncenter also doesn't help and I still have a very disconnected plot. Do you have any advice on how I may generate a simple lineage trajectory like the one people get from monocle2? Thanks.

Unfortunately no. I installed monocle2 at the end.

Me too. But unfortunatelly it does not support batch removal...

I have installed monocle2.

And (it is not directly an answer to your question but might be helpful to someone) I have also found dynverse set of packages usefull to try different methods.
