Hi,
I have identified several cell-types using Seurat3. How can I import the Seurat clusters object to Monocle 3? I do not want to reanalyze the scRNAseq with Monocle 3. or is it possible to perform pseudotime analysis on the Seurat cluster object with Monocle 3? Best.
