Added dual display mode to linum-relative

Added dual mode feature showing both absolute line numbers next to the relative line numbers.

Let me know if you there's anything I can do to make my changes better. I started learning emacs 4 days ago and studying Clojure for a few months so I'm sure I have much to learn. 😤

Is it possible to replace the current-line indicating arrow directing with absolute line-number (77) in the above case? And possibly with some sort of highlight or inverted fg / bg colors.

This can compact the 2 columns into 1.
