Feature Request: delay auto acknowledge

Is it possible to delay the auto acknowledge by, for example, one second? I recently got an Echo Show and it always shows me the wrong status of the device. If I deactivate auto acknowledge and send the acknowledge delayed by one second via the response node, then the Echo Show shows me the correct status.
