[New API] Kucoin

Hey there! This is just another API request. It would be pretty nice to have cointop pull data right from your KuCoin account- and their api would make this extremely easy to do.

Obviously, Kucoin is a smaller exchange, and won't be prioritized, but it would be nice to see in the future! Thanks!
