Add DappLooker to ecosystem partners

This PR adds Dapplooker to the x402 ecosystem partners page under the "Infrastructure & Tooling" category.

Partner Details:

• Description: DappLooker offers unified on-chain and market intelligence APIs with native x402 support, enabling seamless crypto-based pay-per-call access for agents, bots, and apps.

Changes Made:

• Created partner directory at typescript/site/app/ecosystem/partners-data/dapplooker/
• Added metadata.json with proper field ordering as per contribution guidelines
• Added Dapplooker logo to typescript/site/public/logos/dapplooker.png.
• This follows the ecosystem partner addition guidelines outlined in typescript/site/README.md.

Tests

This is a static content addition (metadata + logo). No code changes requiring unit tests.
