Proposal: Remove the automatic x402 Default Paywall from Coinbase x402 middleware

Background/Context

• When building for x402 a huge premise is the machine-to-machine focus
• The large libraries are, translates to higher costs both in time and CI/CD actions (which costs enterprises/organizations money). In this case I don't (yet) have a specific
• Lack of control and modularity

Proposal

• Remove the x402 Paywall: https://github.com/coinbase/x402/blob/2daa42f6a0e5a36c1bb19677fda2a74a6b466b06/typescript/packages/x402/src/paywall/README.md by default
• Make the x402 paywall modular middleware so that developers who want it can have it with 1-2 lines of code

Fully in agreement here. Making the paywall modular is already being tackled as part of v2 👍
