Description

Added Bino AI to the x402 partner ecosystem. Bino AI agent leverages x402 for agent-to-agent payments. Demo: https://x.com/iotex_io/status/1983212911821529117 Why: Proudly building with x402.

Tests

No tests required—this PR only adds a logo and metadata JSON. Diff clearly shows non-executable asset and new partner metadata.
