Enhance facilitator data structure and UI in ecosystem

Description

• Added 'addresses' field to FacilitatorInfo interface to accept facilitators' addresses across networks.
• Updated FacilitatorCard component to display facilitator addresses in a new section.
• Modified metadata.json for Payai to include addresses for various networks.
• Adjusted ESLint configuration to ignore 'next-env.d.ts' file since it is an autogenerated file and fails on one of the eslint rules.
