feat: add x402-secure to ecosystem

Description

This PR adds x402-secure to the x402 ecosystem page under the Infrastructure & Tooling category.

x402-secure is a real-time risk control infrastructure specifically designed for AI-driven x402 payments. As autonomous AI agents increasingly participate in the x402 ecosystem, x402-secure provides critical safety measures by:

  • 🛡️ Capturing autonomous agent context for comprehensive risk analysis
  • 🔍 Analyzing transaction risk in real-time before payment execution
  • ✅ Transparently integrating liability checks into the standard x402 flow
  • 🚫 Preventing disputes and fraud without disrupting the payment experience

This addition helps strengthen the x402 ecosystem by providing essential security infrastructure for the growing AI agent payment use case.
