add aimonetwork into ecosystem

Description

Add AiMo Network to the ecosystem partners directory. This change includes:

  • Added metadata.json file for AiMo Network with company description, website URL, and logo reference
  • Added AiMo Network logo (aimonetwork.png) to the public logos directory
  • Categorized under "Services/Endpoints" as we provide AI services through a permissionless API with pay-per-inference via x402

Tests

✅ Verified all tests pass with pnpm test from the /typescript directory ✅ Confirmed the new metadata.json file is properly formatted and contains valid data ✅ Verified the logo file is accessible and properly referenced

@SPIKESPIGEL404 The last 2 look good! But all of the PR's commits need to be signed and verified. The very first one is unsigned rn. You can do a rebase and force push if necessary.
