Add support for React ^17.x

In dependencies list there are ^15.x and ^16.x of React are mentioned but as React 17 has no breaking changes from 16, I believe it should be added into the list of allowed deps as well.

+1 can this be resolved? This has been open for 6 months now

Hi :) I closed my PR because this project is unfortunately abandonned, but I rewrote it in Typescript and it's up to date: IOfate/react-coinbase-commerce

I use it in my company and it works well 👌
