It seems like they don't care about this product. Issues aren't answered here and I contacted their support e-mail but no real reply yet after a week.

You can't even turn off payment notification e-mails in the settings for example.

I also have a real bad experience with their support email, same as you. I really don't understand how a company treats this way their customers, it blows my mind.
