gRPC support

Hi, as you might already know, Cadence introduced gRPC support and plans to "support TChannel for a few more releases and then eventually drop it in a future.": https://cadenceworkflow.io/blog/2021/10/19/moving-to-grpc/. Do you have plans to support gRPC in this library?

Sorry for a long response. We do plan to support gRPC and get rid of the proxy, it's just taking a bit too long.
