Please add FLTK as a supported GUI toolkit

I use FLTK for my application GUI toolkit. I would like to also utilize Coin3d for some new work I will do, Could you please provide an FLTK binding for coin, e.g., a new 'sofl' API / repo?

FYI, the current stable version of FLTK is 1.4.x.
