Hello,
I'm trying to compile all of coin-or with coinbrew in text mode (option 21) or from the command line
./coinbrew --no-prompt build COIN-OR-OptimizationSuite
and I get the subject error message shortly after

I tried all the other choices that can be compiled and they all work fine as individuals, it's only when I choose all that I get this error.
As mentionned, when I start from an empty directory and build biceps, it works fine. However, I noticed that if I try to build all and it fails and I try do build only biceps withouth cleaning the directory and answering no to fetch, it fails as well. If instead I answer yes to fetch, then it works.
I can't tell for sure but it seems like maybe all is pulling a different version of the code and that causes the problem?

Yes, the version for CHiPPS-BiCePS should be stable/0.94, not master. As soon as I test locally, I'll push the change. If you want to test, you can change this yourself in the Dependencies file.
I tried: fetch 21 vi COIN-OR-OptimizationSuite/Dependencies fetch 21 build 21 (no fetch)
It got further, now it stops in OS because a header file is missing. I did this:
cp ./cppad/cppad/configure.hpp dist/include/cppad
cp ./cppad/cppad/local/is_pod.hpp dist/include/cppad/local
So it seems some files didn't get copied to the dist directory.
Then it stops in disco while configuring.

OK, thanks, yes, the latter error is because there's a missing dependency for DiSCO. The former one should be easy to fix, too, but may need to report that to CppAD.
