publish Android app to fdroid
A lot of people don't want to be relient on or required to use Google play store.
Having your app on fdroid would be fantastic even in beta and alpha stages. And somewhere to download the apk from the web would be nice also.
Hi @nutpantz thanks for your report. We are planning to provide the app via different channels, probably also including F-Droid. Right now we are using the Play Store to provide an easy way to get and use the app and also an easy way to get crash data during the beta phase.
We are evaluating additional ways to provide the app during the beta, but we have to implement additional manual logging and a possibility for users to provide the debug data. As soon as something like this is done we can think about F-Droid and GitHub releases again.
I try to keep this issues updated, as soon as something new emerges.
