Not just deploy in localhost. Write a document with the support to deploy cohere-toolkit in KVM VPS. Avoid the error "http://localhost:8000/tools/ net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

@hjw21century Can you clarify the ask, what platform exactly do you want to deploy on? We have a standalone.Dockerfile that you can try deploying to cloud environments, so far that Dockerfile has worked on major cloud providers like GCP/AWS/Azure

Currently we have no bandwidth to try deploying there, but maybe you could provide any logs or information as to what issues you're running into trying to deploy.
