Remove time zone patching

Time zone patching was added in #674 to ensure all entities that need a time zone, has one. This is only required for entities migrated or imported from legacy Anglers' Log. When all users have had a chance to update their app, this code should be cleaned up.

Time zone patching was released in v2.0.15.
