Black bars and lines on the top and bottom of Android apps

Describe the bug

When you first start an Android app, there are black bars on the top and bottom of the screen. Once you scroll, those disappear, but leave behind a small black line toward the bottom of the screen.

How to reproduce

Run the docs as an Android app and then scroll.
