Pages / Directories: Restrict by Role / User

Similar to #187, a developer has requested to restrict page permission by user or role. Specifically the request was to:

set user permissions per page? I have multiple content pages but only want to allow users to edit their own page

There could be a granular permission system here, but it might get quite complex to assign, store and authenticate.
