Add/Update hints to avoid misusing the transcribe function

Discussion

1. Remove transcribe button's pen icon and change the name to「輸入逐字稿」/「編輯逐字稿」
2. Update text editor's placeholder to「請輸入圖片內的文字」「請輸入影片內顯示的文字，或所聽到的逐字稿」
