[Feature request] Add Crispy Doom HUDs

I really dislike the advanced HUD in prboom+/dsda-doom, i would like to have crispy doom HUDs because it shows all of your ammo.

If you want a Boom-based port with the Crispy HUD, you should try out Woof: https://github.com/fabiangreffrath/woof

I already know and absolutely love Woof, it's such a brilliant sourceport. Although for more detailed wads I like to use PRBoom+ for its HD hardware accelerated engine.
