CodecsHandler: solve undefined variable in forceStereoAudio implementation

extractSdp is not defined -- we could remove the forceStereoAudio function, as it's never called by our application, but we might need this down the road when expanding the functionality of 2n.fm to, say, incorporate voice chat.
