Allow mode selection

The default build includes all mode files, but we'd prefer to keep our asset build small, so I added an option to specify which modes to prebuild. If you don't set this option, the current behavior is maintained.

I too would like this change. I have been using this gem for a good time now and am now motivated enough to ask if this can be merged.

@codykrieger I checked that this still works with the most recent release (v4.4), and it drastically improves the asset precompilation time. Could you maybe merge the changes and create a new release if you get the chance to do so? It'd be really useful if one only wants a small subset of the modes, as it saves quite some precompilation time.
