Promote rexle to a windowed "app".

Thanks to axle's new constant graphics mode, rexle now renders in a viewport in the middle of the screen, in full native resolution. This is opposed to rexle's previous behavior, which was to use a v86 monitor to switch graphics modes, then to switch back when finished.

However, I understand this is not fully in the spirit of what this issue is suggesting. Consider merging with #26?

I believe it'd be a parallel issue, what I intended with this was to have rexle as yet another option to show in the launch menu, so you don't have to choose between rexle or startx for graphic content.
