Allow to disable in unsaved Markdown files

Please add the ability to disable Tabnine in unsaved Markdown files.

Right now, I've got it disabled in Markdown files (those whose filename ends in .md) but if I create a new unsaved file in VSC, then Tabnine still activates in it, and there's no way to disable it at the moment.
