Add Option for selecting suggestion-priority

The ide-php plugin has the ability to choose the priority of the given suggestion.

This would be quite comfortable to have in tabnine-atom in order to prioritize other autocompletion-plugins over tabnine.

No offense, i do quite like tabnine's completion, but for example ide-php suggests methods for classes.
