Add ReScript as a supported language

Feature request: Adding ReScript as one of the languages supported.

Even now without ReScript support, TabNine doing a nice code auto-completion, but quite often it suggests irrelevant JavaScript code 🌚

Anyway, thanks for your awesome work.
