How to uninstall from Android studio ?

On Android studio, Windows 10, I uninstall it from the plugin section but it comes back after I restant the IDE

After getting several more complaints, we found and fixed the uninstall bug you experienced. This is resolved now and won't happen again in the new release (version 0.7.10 and above). I apologize for the trouble you went through.
