1. Sometimes karma plugin doesn't resonse and I can't reproduce. May be racecodition bug.
2. Types fucked up: Some(3) or None in the ouptut instead of 3 and 0 -- see showKarma function
3. Add full localization here

I think that's the environmental problem with the XMPP server horta runs on. I'll raise another issue (#290) to address this.
