databinding not generating

Hello!

Due to changes in newer versions of databinding the binding classes are not generating correctly

To fix this issue we need to wrap each layout file with tag like following:

<layout xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    xmlns:app="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res-auto">
    
    // ... layout markup here
    
</layout>
