在TM服务器遭遇了停电等影响长时间断开后重启。各服务遇见此问题。

request fail. non txmanager is alive 可能原因： TC与TM断开连接超过 8 × 6000毫秒后，再启动TM无效。目前TC无法感知 处理方式： 先重启所有TM,然后将所有依赖TM的TC重启
